OMEGA Boutique - Birmingham Bullring
I went to the Omega boutique with the intention of buying my wife a Seamaster Aqua Terra and myself a Seiko ( I already have a Seamaster 300 Co-Axial) from another shop. However, after a very positive buying experience from Mohammed and some 'watch talk', I went home with a new Speedmaster Moonwatch, a watch I hadn't considered before. Fantastic customer service from Mo and the team. Thank you for looking after us.

Went in to get my watch serviced and returned a few weeks later to buy a new watch. I must say they were very knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. The sort of service you would expect from such a prestige brand. Lewis is very helpful and offers non biased information and helped me choose what i wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Really nice man who understands what customers want.

Their attentiveness was superb, nothing was too much trouble and they even provided the bubbly and a special free gift. I was supposed to write this review a while back, but time just kept slipping away from me. However, this turned out to be a good thing because it gave me more time to appreciate my Omega Speedmaster. I really enjoy wearing my first luxury watch almost every day.Having a high-quality product like this also comes with the need for top-notch service. I was lucky to have Rhea help me when I was deciding on my first luxury watch. Rhea was amazing during each visit—knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to make sure I made the best decision with my purchase.It added an extra layer of joy to an already special day, making it even more memorable. Thanks for taking care of me. Definitely looking forward to seeing you again soon!

I had been thinking about buying a luxury watch for quite some time and had shortlisted a number of watches from varying manufacturers I was interested in. I'd saved over some years with the view of purchasing such a watch to mark a notable birthday.After walking into the Omega boutique, still in a semi-window shopping frame of mind, I was instantly greeted by Natalie who sparked up a conversation and immediately asked if I would like a drink and invited me to take a seat such that we could talk about watches and take a closer look at some examples.From the word go, I was made to feel incredibly welcome to be in there and compared to other watch boutiques I had been to, felt like I was a rock star. This was pretty refreshing - it was the customer service I would hope to expect when buying such a luxury item. Natalie delivered way, way above. Here's why:When it came to looking at watches, she showed me lots of options (I mean lots!). It felt like I was seeing every iteration of model, strap, colour of the watches I could potentially be interested in, and they were being brought out for me to inspect closer and try on my wrist. It was great to be able to ask the questions without being made to feel like an amateur (I like watches a lot but I am no means super knowledgable about the more advanced aspects of them) or being judged.I must have been in there for hours but Natalie was very patient and obviously understood how important it was to me to make the right choice. I felt like it was important to her as well as me that I was making the right choice. By the time I had been through the various watches, I was falling in love with the Seamaster that little bit more than the Speedmaster (I guess my heart was set on an automatic too) - but was having difficultly with choosing between colours and straps. After deciding upon the colour, the latter problem was soon taken away - Natalie provided me with a super deal meaning I could have both straps which meant I could swap looks as I felt appropriate. Her insight into the real world differences and colours were really helpful in making me form my opinions.At this point, I knew I was in the right place. I felt that I was being looked after, there was absolutely zero pressure selling (I hate that) and I felt really positive about the brand, the buying experience and the item itself. I did say at that point I would buy the watch - but would come back the next day to collect as I had a fair few shopping bags I had to pick up and I didn't want to struggle with it all as I was travelling on the train. She set up an appointment for me for the next day and I duly returned. She also included a few extra goodies for my partner who had to endure the endless stream of photographs being sent to her of al the watches on my wrist!My overall experience? I'd have to describe as faultless and it was a brilliant buying experience. If I ever find myself in a position where I would like to buy another Omega, without doubt, I will be going back to the Bullring and asking to speak to Natalie.Oh! And the watch? An Omega Seamaster in blue. It's absolutely fantastic and I love it. It brings together all the elements that I love in one watch and it hasn't left my wrist since. Smitten.

I had bought a watch on behalf of someone else as an anniversary gift. They wanted to gift this while away on holiday and also allow the recipient to wear it (if they liked it). We needed to attempt to guess at size and ensure, if the watch was not liked, it could be returned.I spoke to Lewis Hanson before going into store and was greeted by him on the day. Lewis gave invaluable advice and flexibility. This meant the watch could be adjusted to give the best chance of a good fit so the watch could be worn while abroad. The recipient loved the watch and the fit was perfect.All of this was possible due to the amazing service and advice provided by Lewis and his team. A brilliant customer journey which definitely is in keeping with a luxury brand.Thank you to Lewis and Omega Boutique Birmingham. Highly recommend.

After waiting 6 months for my Seamaster Planet Ocean to be returned from its service I called into the Omega Boutique, Birmingham 17/06/23 to collect it. The attentive, friendly service I received from Natalie and Laura was excellent. We chatted the time about watches I had bought there recently and potential future purchases. As a thank you for being patient and without asking, Laura kindly presented me with an Omega passport holder. A totally unexpected and welcome gift, that showcases the exemplary service this boutique offers.

Went in yesterday to look at purchasing my first Omega watch. I knew which one I wanted but was undecided on colour. Mohammed was great in helping me to make the decision, and gave me the time to properly assess the different options.No pushy sales tactics and could really tell he knew his stuff about the watches and brand. He even organised a couple of nice gifts to go with the purchase. Really made my first experience with the brand a memorable one.Also, Natalie was great when we came back to collect the watch after doing some shopping, and took the time to let my wife try on a few pieces that she’d expressed an interest in. No trouble at all and felt really looked after.Will definitely be back again for my next Omega.

I had a very positive experience when visiting the Omega Boutique in the Bullring. Before going to the store I had indicated a few watches I might be interested in and when I arrived for my appointment Natalie had already got those watches that they had in stock out for me to look at. Natalie is very knowledgeable about the watches and did not try to steer my decision in any direction, simply providing useful information. As the purchase was for a special event the store had gone the extra mile and provided a glass of bubbles too, which was a lovely touch. All in all a very positive experience and I am very happy with my watch.

I had a great experience here! Rhea was extremely professional and helped me through my buying process and even threw in an extra strap for free. I would highly recommend using this store. The watch is incredible and what helped was Rhea’s knowledge and love of the watches. 10/10
