Fantastic service. Quick and clear communication. The items were really well packaged and made it to Guernsey unscathed (quite rare!). Easy to build and looks amazing installed. I cannot recommend these guys enough and will be back in the future if I need anything.

Went to see them personally when based in acton, london 2-3 years back to see their samples. Selected white marble polish floor tiles & adhesive for ground floor project. Very pleased with product and service.

After some research I found Top Ceramics online shop and went to see their ceramics in person. I was really impressed with their great selection of ceramics, great variety of colours and options to select from, outstanding quality of the tiles, moreover affordable prices and great service. We bought tiles for our new extension and the whole groundfloor and now I am looking forward for them to be installed. The same ceramics are sold for much more higher prices in other shops. I would definitely go back to buy more from this trade and will advise their ceramics to my friends, colleagus and family members. Thank you TopCeramics!!!

I ordered my tiles from Top Ceramics in the 26/10/21 and paid for them.just 2 days later they arrived and there brilliant, well worth the money and delivery cost. Very easy to correspond with.I would recomend this company to anyone who's going to be doing DIY and want some beautiful tiles

Excellent service. Very quick delivery and cheaper than anywhere I looked for the type of tile I wanted. Queries were dealt with professionally and quickly. Concerns regarding the small exposure of the company on Google reviews etc. were respected by the company and they went above my expectations to help alleviate such concerns. I would absolutely use them again and happy to recommend.

Requested a tile sample, 7 days later still not recieved. Emailed to request a refund for the payment for delivery, no reply. Might not be much but I'm not happy to pay for something I've not received as well as annoyingly not receiving a sample to help make a decision on tile choice.

The sample I ordered arrived next day. It appeared to be just what I was looking for, so I ordered and my delivery arrived quickly and on the day specified. I am more than delighted with the tiles (Statuario Violet High Gloss) and they look fantastic in my bathroom, at a price which looks much more expensive. I had a couple of boxes left over and spoke with Customer Services, who couldn't have been more helpful. A totally wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank you Top Ceramics

Best quality tiles and excellent service.

I think Przemek over at Top Ceramics was awesome from start to finish. We struggled to find a black lappato tile in stock anywhere and we tried everywhere!! Came across this company on ebay and was impressed with the customer service therefore attended the warehouse and confirmed the tile he had a sample of was what we were after. We then placed an order which he imported for us. They were by far cheaper than any other that had the same style tile but they could not provide in sufficient quantity. He kept me posted and was a gentleman throughout, all in all cannot fault the company or staff.On receipt of the tiles I checked the boxes as per Przemek's instructions. Only one box was damaged which was replaced immediately.An excellent service, thank you!
