Fantastic service. Great value. Poples fixed our oven. Cost of visit and part was so much cheaper than replacing the whole oven. Poples are now looking at our broken extractor fan. Honest and quick turnaround. Would recommend.

Not impressed! Customer service was poor to the point of being rude and the engineer turned up looked at the machine, ran it for a minute or two and then said nah

What a terrible approach to customers.Having agreed to attend a call out to repair a washing machine, Mr Pople felt it was appropriate to call at 10:00 am on the morning of the appointment to inform that he wouldn't be attending as he didn't like" coming to my area. Tread carefully"

Proffesional from beginning to end & fixed my washing machine as quickly as possible, the same day the ordered part arrived. Would highly recommend them to anyone, very friendly and 100% reliable and a very fair price

Arrived 20 minutes after my emergency phone call Roger is a very nice chap and help me know end and show me how to unlock the keypad and fit a new pipe that was leaking. I’ve got my washing machine going in less than an hour very pleased and we are giving him all the work from now on absolutely brilliant, could not wish for a better service. Thank you Roger

Terrible experience. Took a vintage 1950s dental lamp in for a new fitting, cable and test. Their electrician took almost 4 weeks to complete the work- went on holiday in the middle without letting me know, or tell his boss where he was at with the. Finally got it back to day. £30 later and i now have a dental lamp which had, clean pristine enamel, that is now scratched in several places, the new 4m cable has been fitted with the inner cable showing at the fitting, and it works. I know because the poor kid in the shop had to take a bulb out of the ceiling to test it which was also part of the job. The electrician has a lousy attitude, lousy customer service and as a whole lousy communication. If i could give them 0 stars i would. Don't waste your money - find someone else.

Old washer drier in need of repairHad popped into the branch to make the appointment for today last week. They were polite and friendly. They advised if my machine was beyond economic repair they would sell me a new one, collect the old and plumb the new one in..and waive the visit charge. So I had a look at what was in stock and made my choiceRoger Pople (owner) turned up and took the top of my existing machine with me present, it was clear my old machine had shaken itself to death. No denying I needed a new one.So within an hour Roger returned with the replacement machine, fitted, tested and ran through the instructions with me.When you consider how much national High St retailers charge for delivery of new and disposal old....and they don't even do a diagnosis of your old machine...it's a bit of a no-brainer not to use a local firm such as Poples. I will readily recommend them to anyone...quite simply...THEY ARE FABULOUS!!!
