Baltic Kitchens & Bedrooms Limited

Hired this company to provide and fit a kitchen for me, they started on June 1st, and they still haven't finished, 17 weeks later! Was told it would likely take 3-4 days as our kitchen is very small, the fitter took about 2 and a half weeks to finish the bulk of the kitchen, including one day where he didn't turn up and no one bothered to contact us and let us know. Then he went home for the weekend, told us he would be back to finish up the sockets on Monday, and never came back. After calling almost daily for 6 weeks, and after waiting in all day on a date that they told us someone would be round, who then never turned up, they finally sent an electrician who was able to fit one of the unfinished sockets. He couldn't finish the other because of a mistake by the fitter. The electrician called the shop and told them this, and that they would need to send the fitter back with the appropriate tools to fix his mistake and finish the job. That was now 9 weeks ago, and despite calling many more times, still nothing. Always the same response from Rod.. we're really busy

Totally let down. They agreed to come yesterday at 2, so I took time off work. They rang at 2.15 to say they were on the way. 3pm no sign, so I rang them. They said they’d be there as soon as they could, after I said I couldn’t do the next day. They told me that if people were in the showroom they couldn’t leave! They hadn’t told me that before. They never showed and no call. Completely unprofessional. I won’t be back

Absolutely fabulous with us from ordering the kitchen with appliances and work top .would highly recommend. We had no problems at all .I have seen some no so good reviews but they looked after us .we got a top quality kitchen and we are very happy .we needed an extra unit to hide the boiler and that was sorted and delivered no problem .there was nothing missing and the kitchen fitter said we have an amazing kitchen wasnt cheap but it certainly wasn't wrens prices .we are made up

I’ve had a bad experience My kitchen was Fitted 3 years ago and it was good but we have had problems since with a door and they have been dreadful in helping usI now have 3 doors all cut incorrectly a really noticeable gap all around the door and really bad customer service - calls not returned then they promises to sort it out but no one comes Absolutely awful and really disappointing based on what we paid We have also had to replace the washing machine they supplied as it moved around so much things in adjoining cupboards broke! Now the cooker fan has broken I rang to ask if they could tell us who supplied it and surprise surprise no one called me backPlease think twice before you go here

Just wanted to thank Proprietor Mr Phil Garnett for going the extra mile with us and repairing the mistakes the fellas who fitted our kitchen made. Phil was under no obligation to do this because the kitchen was supply only but he sent us Mr Franny Newhall - kitchen fitter extraordinaire who did an amazing job sorting out the mess. Our Builder paid for the extra materials and Phil sent Franny to us without charging us. We'd also like to thank Rod and the lads in the workshop. We went for high gloss white units without handles and they look fantastic - really good quality. The Baltic Triangle area of Liverpool has really taken off with new bars and restaurants opening all the time. The demand to live in this area must be going through the roof and I'm sure Baltic Kitchens will be able to give people exactly what they want. We'd like to wish them every success in the future and with service like that we're sure they'll go from strength to strength. Sincere thanks again lads.

I would not recommend Baltic kitchens. My kitchen was fitted over 3 months ago whilst I was In hospital my partner was dealing with them. The kitchen has never been finnished dispit my partner contacting a number of times. Each time we are fobbed off with an excuse to why no one has been out and promised someone will be out.. still 3 months on and it is still unfinished plus work tops were scratched whilst fitting and edges are scruffy on island. I'm so up set as they seemed so nice till they had their money in full now I feel they are just not bothered.

i had my Kitchen with them - after reading all the above review I was bit hesitant. But honestly they are genuinely very kitchen. Rod is an amazing Guy who was sooooooo patient with me and helping me to design my kitchen the way I want and Michele who helped with all this process. Yes the communication a bit delay but I am sure no one can beat the price of and work of this kitchen. They are really amazing guys who work there. I tried everywhere but def the price is exceptional.i am so thankful to God that i did the kitchen with them and they sent me 2 expectational fitters Ian and Dan they sorted everything Baltic.I wasted 3 months researching on kitchen and finding good price. this is def best if u r like me looking.
