My father in law recommends ytv rentals to me over 8 years ago, hes been with them probably 17 years. A brilliant company that's gone through some challenging times over the years. But very loyal to there customers.

Good experience today. Knowledgeable skilled person in a proper no frills workshop. Fixed and working again fine in a couple of hours and cheaper than original estimate as the problem turned out to be something different.V pleased to repair not replace. Will be back and recommend

Excellent service. TV had no picture or sound but showed power on. Took the TV in the morning, fault was diagnosed within an hour & estimate of cost of repair given. TV was repaired same day. Can't fault the service & very economical. Would definitely use them again.

'Diagnosed' the fault on our TV or Humax Freeview box as being an aerial problem.From information provided by email!They were completely wrong as proved by a competent TV engineer.I'm mystified how they could 'diagnose' from an email. They simply were not interested. I wouldn't waste time approaching them again.

Rud staff, repair my tv , working 2 days, comeback in the shop they want to charge me again for repair, very disappointed, bad experience. Not recommend

Excellent service from these guys kept in touch with their progress but sadly our 10 year old tv couldn’t be mended. Despite them getting it to turn on several times. ☹️

Dropped my tv off at the shop after an initial phone call at around 2pm .I called the shop at around 5pm to be told my tv was fixed and had been cleaned out of all the dust and cobwebs and would be tested in the morning to make sure all was OK. This was done and I got a call at 9.30 am to say ready to collect and all done to a very reasonable price
