Wow!!! My insignia was in getting body repairs and paint work done, im just after collecting her this evening and my car looks like she just came out of the show room. Staff were supportive, friendly and professional. I wouldnt trust my pride and joy with anyone else! Thank yous so much, highly recommeded, you wont be dissapointed.

So pleased with the service I received. My car was only in for one week and looks brand new, wouldn’t even know it was damaged. Spotless on the inside too! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a repair. Thank you again!

I had warranty work done here, they gave the car back with overspray, electrics not working, panels popped out, paint on adjacent edges chipped off and buffer trails up and down the side (more visible in person). They were quite sharp and rude to me and the car manufacturer, who subsequently had it sent to Belfast to dealers repair centre there who had to order two full new doors and bumper amongst other things to put it right. Car was away for two months being repaired from the damage caused by this workshop (for a minor preventative job it was sent in for). Thank god I had the dash cam wired in, you heard them throwing parts onto the car etc and the little time spent at each stage. I was really disappointed at the workmanship and the service when I had an issue. It's a shame because they have the facilities and tools to do the best job, but apparently not the time or people skills. Nobody ever apologised, and another firm had to fix the mess. Insurers and manufacturers, please obtain real customer feedback when you review the agreement with this place. Note that many of the names leaving 5 star reviews since my review are employees or relatives of employees...

Staff have been very helpful in sorting out quotations and support in putting through my no fault claim. I had been hitting a stone wall in regards to getting those at fault to pay. The staff at Lloyd cooke where able to give me advice, as a result my car should be repaired soon.

got my car repaired here, the staff where amazing, so helpful. the job they done was outstanding. I am so happy with how it turned out. I even got my wheels done as an extra while it was in and they are amazing. highly recommend.

When we arrive we were greeted by friendly receptionist who made us a lovely cup of tea, a young man took out car into the workshop he came back a few minutes later to tell us they had get a part to remove wheel nuts he also asked if wanted tea.A first class service with very friendly and pleasant staff, including the owner who took time to talk to us. Would highly recommend Lloyd Cooke for their body repairs and quality of service
