She has created a wonderful space within the hype of the gym.Esther targeted a tricky area on my shoulder to coincide with physiotherapy, and the sports massages has accelerated the rehab process. I love how she also sends me home with homework"

Never realised how much i needed a sports massage until i went to see Esther. Esther is very relaxed and professional, and gave useful advise and exercises for outside the sessions. Highly recommend.

Esther is an awesome coach! She's friendly and makes you feel as ease. She's been so supportive of my journey and has made everything simple to understand. I had no real idea of how to use a gym when it came to weight training, but in the last 11 weeks she has given me such confidence. I never thought I'd be a gym bunny but I actually love my sessions and look forward to pushing myself to my next set of goals. Thank you for helping me on my journey with physical fitness and positive mental health.

Having just run a marathon a couple days prior; I thought what better time than now to have my first sports massage!Esther was extremely welcoming and considerate throughout. My recovery time was noticeably better, and I was back up and running within a few days. As opposed my usual recovery period of a week or so! Highly recommend!
