An excellent experience dealing with Chris and Alan, the quality of the trees are excellent and the staff are most helpful and knowledgeable. The true test of a business is to deal with any problems or misunderstandings professionally and fairly and you will certainly get that with this business. Highly recommend using this business and my trees are fantastic!

I ordered two plants - a STRELITZIA REGINAE and a KENTIA PALM. I have to say I was disappointed on two fronts. The Strelitizia was very small. I did read the description but the website is misleading. Let's put it like this - there is no way I would normally pay £120 for a plant of that size. As for the Kentia - well, I've since seen plants of the same size in numerous outlets and they are nowhere near £120. Disappointing.

I have used this company before and have always been happy. I ordered an old olive tree for my back garden. I was a bit concerned about it fitting down a passageway to my back garden and Allan at Palm Tree answered all my concerns promptly. When it arrived it was too tall and heavy to move down the passageway weighing at least a ton. Their delivery driver Luke was an absolute star and wrestled with this tree with my partner for almost two hours to get it into my back garden and positioned it right by the planting space. He really went well beyond what you would expect as good service which makes this company really stand out in this day and age of 'kerbside' pallet delivery service. I really can't recommend this company enough, i now have a beautiful happy old olive pride of place in my little garden, thank you Palm Tree for sending me Luke as i'm sure any other company would have just left me staring at it on my driveway. All that and FREE delivery.

Ordered an Olive Tree on Thursday, delivered to me (in South West on following Monday -a Bank Holiday weekend). The tree is wonderful and exactly met my requirements. Faultless service from ordering to delivery, with Driver Sean so helpful and please. Can’t recommend this company enough you won’t be disappointed

Hi Allan and Chris,I would like to send my big THANK YOU to you and your team especially Sean your amazing driver for making this possible!When i saw 5ft tree trunk today, my heart sank ... AGAIN? Another giant tree trunk! Not much different compared to the 7ft monster which you had tried to deliver a month ago, it was massive! I'm living in Victorian terrace house and you can imagine how small is the house and furthermore the trunk need to pass through my living room, narrow kitchen which is just under 50cm width.It was a mission impossible at glance as i'm not a strong man but Sean did not gave up and try his very best to direct me to help him to move, lift up here and there ... it took us good 15-20 minutes at least to move this giant to the back of my garden. And we did it!Very happy from ordering to delivering - top notch quality! 10 stars service!

Dicksonia Antarctica arrived and was delivered by a really friendly driver who helped me get it into the garden. Allan is very helpful and replies to every e mail with honest helpful advice. This company goes above and beyond. I’ve dealt with a lot of online plant companies, this one exceeds every other experience. Many thanks for being so much better and even so much better value than the rest.

The palm tree company sold me a 12” tree fern recently which was delivered by them to sunny Scotland and the delivery was faultless with the day it was turning up emailed to me and the driver telling me tips on how to plant it and how best to feed and look after it and I’m really pleased with how it’s turning out and can guarantee it was much bigger than expected. A fantastic service from a fantastic company. Well done guys keep it up.
