My company handle a UK visa.Sara-Michelle Colvin was kind, courteous and extremely professional throughout the process - even when the stress of our move made my own responses somewhat curt.She was quick with emailed replies and always answered questions concisely and politely, no matter how basic they were.Given the complexity of the process, it might be nice to have a full checklist of required documentation given upfront to save repeated journeys, to local banks for example, but I understand that exact requirements for individual cases vary so this may not be possible.Definitely recommend and will use them again for our upcoming visa renewal.
