His pricing is clear and competitive, he turns up when he says he will, he clearly knows his stuff, he stays until the job is done and offers an all round professional service. Friendly excellent service. I rang at 8.45 as I had literally just arrived home from holiday and the handle on the washing machine door had broken off completely, by 10.15 Jon had located, fitted the part and was out the door. First class.
