We were lucky enough to win the Instagram competition that Thomas ran. From the start Thomas was warm and perceptive, arranging what kind of shoot we would like. He had never photographed a family before so this was a first but you wouldn’t think it. From arranging somewhere shaded, so that our baby girl wouldn’t be in the sun too long, to keeping her entertained and focused on the camera during the shoot…he nailed it! I knew from his Instagram page that I’d love his photos as he has an eye for capturing those private moments in a non intrusive and magical way. He is patient and you can see his passion for his work shone through in his photos and how he talks about it during the shoot. Then…our photos blew me away. They are incredible! I’m looking forward to being able to have some photos done again as we had such a fun time. Thank you so much, we feel blessed we got to work with you.

Absolutely beautiful work! Definitely has a great eye for capturing every detail, even the fur babies! Thomas’s photography style is truly incredible & will leave you breathless when you see the photos! Highly recommend!

This is a really complicated review for us to write. There are lots of reasons why Thomas earnt a 5 star review, especially on the day. But the admin/communication side leading up to and particularly after the wedding, let him down and made this a much harder review to write.On the day, we cannot fault Thomas for anything he did. He turned up on time, possibly even a bit early, incredibly friendly, made the whole morning’s prep super calm. He was really respectful, really helpful. He helped us with silly little things like holding the bride’s phone or drying off bouquets as we entered the church. It was really important to us that our wedding was super private and intimate, and Thomas blended in with our guests seamlessly, invisibly captured so many beautiful photos and moments of the day, celebrating with us into the night. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. For the day, it was an easy 5+.However, there were a few areas/moments before and after where Thomas made the process much more stressful than it needed to be. Without giving every example, it all boiled down to us having to chase Thomas, receiving slow responses, and him setting expectations/deadlines that he wouldn’t then meet. One example being directly following the wedding, we didn’t hear from Thomas or receive sneak peeks. 6 days after the wedding, I reached out to Thomas to check everything was ok with our photos, and we got a reply 3 days later saying we’d receive sneak peeks the next day. We actually received them 2 days after his message (11 days after our wedding). The same thing happened with our final gallery delivery. He did add in some additional photos to recognise the delay, which was appreciated. There were times when we were really worried we wouldn’t receive any photos at all because of the delays in replies/missed deadlines from Thomas.As we said, Thomas’ photos are beautiful, we’re really happy with the final gallery and the memories he captured. He was perfect on the day and we would happily recommend him, with the caveat on communication. We may have been a one-off at the end of a busy wedding season, but regardless, we know Thomas will take this feedback on board and we’re sure this won’t be anyone else’s experience.Thanks so much for your help and wonderful photos.
