We had a few maintenance issues during the tenancy but they were dealt with quickly and we felt Martin and CO went above and beyond to rectify the issues quickly. Would highly recommend!

Paul at Martin & Co was very professional and helpful to us in buying our first home. From initial viewing to completion, he was always polite and punctual. Prior to finding our home, we had some viewings with agents from other firms who put the hard sell on us, but we never felt pressured or rushed by Paul. Where he didn’t know off hand the answer to a question we had, we could rely on him to find the answer and get back to us. He also helped us close off our enquiries. We had a great experience from Martin & Co. Paul was always very helpful and his expertise was invaluable in marketing and selling our flat. He was always on hand throughout, providing sound advice and dealing with queries with speed and in his support through the conveyancing process. Even when the lawyers were being frustratingly slow, it was always reassuring knowing we could rely on Paul and Martin and Co.

My experience this far has been great from initial contact, to viewing to signing the tenancy agreement. Lydia was very responsive, fast and efficient. She also addressed all my concerns with the property. I am still having some maintenance issues but from my experience so far I am confident they will be resolved properly.

The initial viewings were fine, however as soon as we moved in we faced many issues. It was meant to be unfurnished but we arrive to furniture, it hadn’t been cleaned and the grey walls were painted over so patchy with white. There was mould in the bathroom, and 3 cans of ‘poisonous’ spider spray in the drawers.. great first impression! It’s now been a month of me chasing them, to little responses and whenever I have heard back, they are dismissive and unprofessional.I hope that we don’t face more issues with them going forward.

I first met Paul for a viewing of a property Martin & Co were marketing. Not only was it obvious that Paul was incredibly professional but there was absolutely no hard sell, and particularly no pressure to use their mortgage advisor.Negotiating the purchase through Paul was a breeze and it became obvious it was sensible and practical for us to sell our property with him.Paul worked with me tirelessly to get our property marketed to a really high standard. He even came back on another day to get the photos and walkthrough video perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. He also offered some very sensible advice based on his experience, which as it turned out was spot on.Paul got us good offers for our sale following four viewings on one Saturday - he had clearly worked hard to refine the prospective buyers.Sadly, the seller of the property we were purchasing pulled out so the purchase did not proceed. Paul was very supportive at that difficult time. Having found an alternative purchase, the sale of our property was really quite challenging and Paul put in countless hours to keep the transaction going. I could not have felt more supported and I am convinced it was through his tireless commitment that ultimately the sale of our property completed, and we are settled in our new home.Henry provided support in Paul's absence and he was also very helpful.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martin & Co.
