Scriven & Co helped us with our buy to let 7 years ago and Charles was very supportive and helpful and always managed to find us excellent tenants. We have recently sold the property with Scrivens and Ella and George were great and very supportive. We would recommend Scrivens and will use them in the future should we sell.

I work with a lot of estate agents owning a property company but I have never experienced the treatment that I have received from scriven before, they advertised for one price, then charge me an extra 70 per month for buissness rates,(I have email proof from felicity friend about this even tho she is refusing to reply when i ask her) I then found out months later the property is exempt (which scriven now also confirm), yet they refuse to lower the price back to the advertised price or give me the money back ive alreay paid (blatant tax fraud), I am unable to get a phone line or Internet installed at the office as the office has no registered address (prob another tax fiddle) and the Internet company's cannot install a line due to the location, so I'm now stuck in a 3 year lease for a office I cannot use, they refuse to end the lease ,basically saying tuff, deal with it, they are the worse estate agents ever, liers and con people

Brilliant estate agents and very smooth professional service from the start. George was very helpful with his friendliness, valuation, experience, advice, and photography, and was entirely non-pressuring. The quote was very reasonable and was paid on completion of sale. Ella took care of our solicitor and buyer liaison and was supportive, courteous and professional - we even received a Merry Christmas call on their last office day! Ella was ultimately responsible for stopping our buyer from pulling out during chain-related delays, which we are very grateful for. Our sincere thanks for selling our house in as stress-free a way as was possible, and a genuine recommendation from us to anyone to use Scriven's!

Well, what can I say!. My experience with Scrivens & Co has been long. All the way through the process; Ella and the team have been there, holding my hand and pointing me in the right direction. Sellling(getting offers) on my home was the easy bit. Getting the buyers over the finish line was the hard bit.Then it takes a professional and experienced team to navigate the joys of the property market. Scrivens &Co did that, they kept me upto date and steered me in the right direction. I will miss the Friday updates from Ellla.I will never move home again.
