The manager Lisa that was on duty is rude, impatient and doesn't seem to care to listen. All the traits that is unfortunately found in managers that let power get to their fat heads. Can the area manager make sure that there is some divine intervention and common sense is provided to Lisa to know how to deal with customers.Fortunately, there is a staff member that actually cares and her name is Salma. Once I explained the situation, she assured me she will address it and the issue was resolved.How can it take a lady who is cleaning to actually have sense to resolve an issue? It's sad but expected at the same time. Mcdonald's get a grip and make sure your staffing levels are adequate to compassion and professionalism and not abruptness and nonsense as Lisa portrayed.Thanks again to Salma, I wish her a successful career.

Ordered via UberEats and left very dissappointed. Most of the order was missing and what we did get was questionable. Some of the meals had wrong ingredents, the bacon in one burger was raw and another burger the patty had a hole in the middle. On top of that it was stone cold. Do not recommend ordering from this place.

Small restaurant, quite busy. No milkshake available at 6pm which was very disappointing. Food took ages to be prepared as well. It was hot when it finally arrived though.

This is my local McDonald's and I like it. Service here is normally quick unless it's a school break. Nice play area for kids, and lots of seats with tables offered. Plenty of parking spaces. Cash and card payment options.

Ordered food for 10 people to eat in. Served food very late, missing 3 person's order, manager comes out to the table to see if we were lying, goes back to kitchen, fights between kitchen and service staff to find who to blame, meanwhile we were still waiting. Got missing food 20 minutes later, cold. Seriously? This is the standard McDonald's bragging about?

Stopped here with my son and his friends for lunch yesterday. They forgot to put fries in all 4 of the happy meals. They did fix the situation pretty quickly, but then when i bit into my quarter pounder it was pink inside. I Asked for a replacement which took 10 minutes and when it arrived, the burger was practically raw. Another 10 minutes for a replacement and this one was cooked, but practically cremated. At no point did anyone apolgise. Utter shambles. Would avoid at all costs.

It was nice and clean, the food was served quickly and was nice and hot. Staff was polite. A nice treat for the kids.
