What can I say other than a true 5-star rating for Stuart!! He came out the same day even though he was busy and sorted out problems we were having with our heating system. Stuart even had the time to teach me a bit about how our system works. Look no further if you have problems with your heating. I would not hesitate at all in recommending Stuart.

Electric shower started pumping out boiling water then extreme cold!Phoned Brodie & Co on a Saturday afternoon. Stuart answered in 3/4 rings even though he was in the middle of a job.Arranged for a member of his team to come out and advise on the next steps, (new motor or shower unit). Bruce arrived even took photos of the shower and measurements from the manual to ensure a new shower matched the area seamlessly.Updates regarding delivery and fitting.New shower unit fitted by Bruce and Harvey,professional, polite, tidy and efficient.An excellent job, very pleased and highly recommend.

Brodie and co were so helpful when we had an emergency leak. They responded within the hour and when I spoke to the manager on the phone he was really helpful and talked me through what to do before the plumber could get to me. He was able to offer good advice so I could act immediately. Ian came and assessed the leak, he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company as they were reliable and communicated very well when we were in a panic. When Ian arrived he got straight to diagnosing the problem and put a short term plan in place to manage the issue. We were very grateful, thank you so much for your help it's reassuring to know that there are professional companies we can call in the future.

Stuart came out straight away after a serious leak developed on our toilet after using a different plumber. His care and attention to sorting out the problem was great, and I found it very comforting that he called back later to check on the situation. All in all a very professional and able plumber who we will definately use in future

We had Stuart recommended by a friend. We are so pleased for the recommendation as Stuart was polite and punctual.We had the oil fed boiler serviced and a new power shower fitted. Stuart did this to a very high standard with little interpretation to us. When he left it was as if he had never been as no mess the shower had been replaced, boiler serviced and left us very happy. 100% recommended by me.

Always found Stuart immediately responds when we have had a plumbing problem. Fantastic service and excellent workmanship. Has previously installed a new bath and carried out tiling and flooring work for us. Always takes pride in his work. A real treasure and must have plumber!! Could not do better.

What a lucky find Stuart has been. On getting up on Saturday in freezing conditions we discovered that we had no heating and hot water. We phoned our usual service provider who was unable to assist until Thursday even though we are OAP’s and one of is in poor health. We googled local heating engineers and luckily found Stuart who responded in little over an hour. He was charming and professional and was able to rectify the problem. We would not hesitate to recommend him.
