Aridal Makeup & Hair

I was looking for someone to do my hair and makeup for myself, mum and bridesmaids and Aria was brilliant. She was really helpful and friendly. I don’t wear loads of makeup and she made me look great while making me look really natural. The trial was really useful and she was happy to try different things and advise on hairstyles. I was so happy that I didn’t need to try anyone else. Aria and her assistant were so calm on the morning and our makeup and hair lasted beautifully for the whole day. Aria is really lovely and she helped me feel beautiful on my wedding day. She also helped me with my jewellery and final touches when my bridesmaids had to dash off to sort out children and husbands who had arrived late! She is very professional and has a calming presence which is essential on a wedding day. I am so pleased with how we all looked on the day and also in the photographs. Thank you Aria!

Aria did my wedding make-up last November and she did a wonderful job. I don't normally wear a lot of make-up day-to-day and so I'm always a bit worried that professional make-up will be too much. I wanted something nice and fairly natural for my wedding day. Aria created a lovely natural look for our ceremony in the morning, and then freshened it up and added a slightly more smokey look for the evening Reception and party. It was perfect and I got a bunch of compliments! Thank you! I'm so glad to have had Aria there on the day!

I recently got married and Aria was my makeup and hair designer for myself, Mum, bridesmaid and flower girl. Nothing was too much trouble and as I changed my hair design on the day, this didn’t faze her either. Aria is without doubt a real find, so gentle you hardly realise she’s there. Aria was an amazing wedding make up artist. She was so calm, flexible and most importantly made me (the Bride) and my bridal party feel so relaxed and special. She listened to my needs and the look I wanted and it was just perfect. She also went above and beyond to find another make up artist for my mother in law at her hotel, which was so appreciated. Aria is an excellent hair and makeup artist and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was the artist for my Mother, my sister (bridesmaid) and myself at my wedding. Aria has such a calming and reassuring presence and is an absolute professional. She was lovely to have around on the wedding morning!I was not sure how I wanted my hair, so during my trial Aria did two different styles. She was very patient with this whole process. I do not use a lot of makeup and I knew that I wanted to keep my look more on the natural side. Aria was somehow able to achieve this by enhancing my features and making me feel glamorous but not overdone.I loved my hair and makeup on the wedding day, even more so than at the trial. My Mum and sister were also so happy with their looks. I felt the best I ever have and it made me feel confident to just relax and enjoy the day, and not worry about how I appeared. My hair lasted for the whole day and my makeup looked fresh despite dancing for most of the night. Thank you so much Aria!

Aria was amazing throughout the whole process, and dedicated a lot of time to get the exact look that you wanted. On the day, Aria was calm and relaxed, and managed to get us ready ahead of time! She also bought an assistant who took care of my 4 bridesmaid. -‘d their make up was stunning. I would really recommend Aria to anyone planning their hair and make up for their wedding!

I had such a wonderful experience with Aria for my wedding makeup and hair. I was specifically looking for someone who could do hollywood waves, and very natural, classic style bridal glam.From my first enquiry, Aria was super helpful and informative, and I felt confident booking my trial, and wedding hair and makeup for myself, three bridesmaids, and one of my partner's ushers.The trial was fantastic - Aria really made the effort to work out what I was looking for, and I felt like a superstar walking around Morrison's that evening!The day of the wedding came, and despite needing to travel to see me very early in the day, Aria and her assistant Heidi set the perfect cool, calm, collected vibe we all needed. Makeup and hair ran to time, and Aria very kindly helped me with my hair accessory and veil before I left for the ceremony. The hair and makeup held up so well on a very hot summer's day (26 degrees with no air con), and I felt truly beautiful all day :)

Aria did my bridal hair and make-up for our small family wedding ceremony. As it was a very low-key event I didn't want a trial so Aria was happy to exchange suggestions and pictures over email beforehand. She created a beautiful and elegant look that perfectly matched my dress, and which stayed put for the whole day. Chatting to her during the two-hour session also made a great and relaxed start to a busy day. I can definitely recommend her!

I booked Aria to do hair for myself, my three bridesmaids and both mothers for my wedding at Stoke Place in July and I was extremely happy with the service I received. Aria was on time, professional and made everyone look beautiful. I was also very grateful that Aria came back to do a second trial after I wasn't 100% happy with the first one and on the day, my hair was perfect!

Aria did my hair and make-up for my wedding in July. We had two trials as after the first trial I changed my mind about the two hairstyles we'd trialled, and also although the overall effect was lovely, I was worried that the make-up made me look older due to settling into the cracks on my face! Things I learned from this that may help you - 1) however you pile your hair up - go with a professional version of that - it's what you like best. If you don't like your hair in half-up/half-down, don't ask for wedding hair that way! 2) Treat your skin nicely - you can't expect your skin to be like Louboutin if you treat it like a flip flop! I asked for a second trial using creams instead of powders (which settle into fine lines - important for the older bride), and took extensive advice from Aria about skin products to invest in to improve skin quality in the lead-up to the wedding, which was really helpful and made a difference. Ultimately I was much happier with the effect and Aria made me the most beautiful I have ever been or will be again - exactly what you want on a wedding day! Aria herself is an absolute sweetie, and easy to talk to. I don't hesitate in recommending her as a wedding hair and make-up artist.
