Dynamic Hot Yoga

I really enjoy most of the classes. The staff are lovely.There is a couple of teachers who are quite distracting in the classes. Walking up and down in front of you so you get put off your center. Made me leave a few times as its already intensely hot.Teachers who talk at high speed and and literally no room to think, breath, also causes stress hprmones to rise in a hot setting. Again i left and wont be attending these classes.Keep it relaxed, keep it calm and still during the sessions so people can focus into groundedness and their practice, without the distractions of high speed voices and movement infront of you, putting you off center.The classes i attend now are limted due to these teachings unfortunately.

Friendly people, excellent tutors, amazing fresh hot air studio, with clean showers and sauna. The breathing and yoga really works, I feel grounded and alert after my session. Highly recommended.

Carpets are on the floor in hot temperatures room. It smells badly. Generally the place is not clean. However the studio has awesome teachers.

Another customer gone thanks to signing up for a year and having issues with cancellation. They take your first payment in reception and then sign you up for a year so 13months, not 12 months. The changing room has mould all over the ceiling and showers are often unclean and cold. Would not recommend anyone practices yoga here if you are searching for a peaceful place to enjoy your practice.

I have been going to DHY for a few years now and I would recommend a membership to anyone wanting to go at least once a week. All the teachers have been good and I've always had a friendly experience with staff. They are expanding their classes and there is always one I can attend at any time of the day, so it works for me. The studio is really big and a sunset class can be really special. For what I pay, I'm perfectly happy with the facilities.

I have been to around six hot yoga venues and each of them has pros and cons. After all nothing is perfect. As for dynamic hot yoga I like it a lot. It has a nice big room for yoga and the teachers I have been with are very good, that's Lisa and Sara. Another plus point for me is that it's not too hard and not too hot. The reception staff are helpful and friendly. The only negative is that it's a bit far for me to travel but it' worth it. It's more affordable than some places also.

The feeling after was amazing.What an experience, A must try for anyone. I was amazed by the amount I sweated from their well choreographed stretches. The studio had a lovely tropical heat, The instructor was clear and easy to understand and all the other participants were a great bunch too. Reception was clean and the shower rooms were immaculate. I will definitely go back again .Thank you dynamic

I'm so glad I finally tried this place. Studio is huge. I had a very warm welcome from receptionist while signing up and she also went out of her way after the class to see how I went. Lisa is an amazing instructor. I look forward to meeting all the others.

Really enjoyed all my yoga classes that I attended on the trial offer. Great facility and friendly teachers.
