Leeds Theory Test Centre

My son had his theory test here , very rude staff as other people have mentioned.

Just did my test today! The address on google is the OLD address.The new one is:Ground Floor, Coverdale House13-15 East ParadeLeedsLS1 2BHNot gonna lie, I was having anxiety over if I could find this place lol. The door is right beside the Leeds Civil Hearing (it may be easier to google that address). There's 3 doors and on one of the windows, it has a green banner saying the 'DVSA Theory Test Centre'. When you enter, just walk a few steps forward and you'll see a door on your left with a sign stating it's the theory test room.Best of luck everyone!

woman behind the desk is rude and condesnding. needs firing

Went to the test centre today with some form of trepidation stemming from previous post indicating negative interactions with staff resulting in negative reviews. All the staff were helpful and a lovely lady called Rose who was sitting behind the desk was very good at giving candidates clear and concise instructions. Candidates present themselves to take a test and may be anxious and nervous of the prospects, Rose with her positive interactions and welcoming attitude however has done well to put people at ease. She reminded me a lot of my favourite English teacher from school, only to learn that Rose herself is a former school teacher. Keep being your positive self Rose!. Overall the test was well organised and my test was at 11am. Oh, did I mentioned that I passed my theory first time!.

Did my theory test 3 times here and it is easy to find and the staff were brilliant and made me feel very welcome and I thoroughly enjoyed doing it. It is on the Headrow not far from the Leeds Crown Court Centre smack bang in the middle of Leeds City Centre. Leeds is an absolutely fantastic city as I have a lot of friends who live and work there. You really can't fault their wonderful customer service and the support they give. Thank you so much for your sterling service and will definitely be going to do my theory test there again. It was a mess as people started to queue after 7:00pm, although the test was at 7:00 pm.This made me feel stressed and uncomfortable, which resulted in my withdrawal.

Had my motorcycle theory test here today. great staff, very friendly and had a bit of banter afterwards. obviously security to prevent cheating is taken seriously but you’re not made to feel invaded.all done professionally and nice setting for the test. all explained to you very well and i recommend them 100%

Lack of air conditioning makes this a little oven - not helpful for people in stress. Lady welcoming you is pretty instrumental, cold. Gentleman helping also is very strict. Could do better with some compassion training. The aquarium lady is very nice and friendly. Needs a little work and will be a great place to start your driving.

My daughter attended the centre on Saturday 24th June, her exam was at 10am.Very cold welcome from the women behind the desk, she was extremely rude and obnoxious .Unfortunately the women was so horrible and cocky she brought my daughter to tears.Another worker (who was lovely thankfully ) had to calm my daughter down before entering the exam room.Not very good customer service skills think she needs a different job!
