Helene's classes help me achieve succes. The flexibility of my body has increased. Helen's voice puts me into a state of mediation. Every lessons Helen gives new poses. Thanks to Helene my inner state has become better and better.

So glad I have found Yoga with Helene. I’d been looking for a yoga class that suites me for a long time. The beginners class is the best for me. She is so patient as I am not that agile due to my age. She’s given me the confidence to carry on with it and I feel fitter and healthier than I have a long time. I would not hesitate to recommend Yoga with Helena, it the best

Yoga With Helene
I started attending yoga classes with Helene in June as totally beginnee. Helene is a talented teacher with lots of passion, attention to details and care about her work. I can see the benefits on my body, I feel relaxed and full of energy at the end of each session.Also, my sleep has improved a lot and I feel less stressed.I enjoy the breathing exercises and the different poses we do everytime.I would highly recommend her without hesitation.

Helene is very kind and she is the best to adapt her sessions with beginners to very advanced level. I will only practice yoga with her!!
