Would never EVER recommend.SAM architects worked as the architect and contract administrator on our house renovation in 2020/2021.They turned our dreams into a complete and utter nightmare. We cannot wait to fix these issues and sell up, as for now we can only auction the house off at a massive loss.Here are are some quotes from the several experts I had to call in after my house started developing problems 2 days after moving in. Those problems still exist after 22 months of legal nightmares with parts of the house practically uninhabitable. This has so far cost 10's of thousands of pounds, with not even so much as an apology from the architects.the architectural details were poor" - MRICS surveyor 1"the management and contract administration of the project has not been carried out to an acceptable level
