Although this coffee house is clearly frequented by a host of 'regulars', who are greeted warmly, by name; I as an outsider was welcomed just as well. The most accommodating, cordial and pleasant service I've received in a long time. The food was of a very high standard, too! As was the coffee - which was served pleasantly piping hot! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone in the area and would even go so far as to advise devouring to experience it.

I am actually uncomfortable going into this cafe at this stage because of the staff. They are so dismissive and rude. You almost feel like you’re in the way. It’s awful.The blonde lady Elish I think her name is has an awful customer service approach.The food is lovely, but I won’t be back for the sole reason of the staff. Looking back on other reviews from 3 years ago people are saying the same thing. What’s going on here? Terrible.Primrose 10 feet up have great coffee, food and the staff actually want your business.- edit as there is no option to reply to the cafe comment. No I didn’t speak to the owner or manager. The staff are a reflection on the owner and vice versa. The way the staff spoke and acted there is no way I was going to kick up a fuss - I actually would be nervous to do so at the reaction I would get.

Great Cafe, very busy we had sandwiches, traybakes and scone everything was beautiful really enjoyed the Vinesse Biscuits too

My partner and I stopped here on our way down to Galway. I had the French toast and a vanilla late. My partner had the brioche bun. It was absolutely delicious! The ladies working there were lovely and so kind. Thank you so much!

What a wonderful find when we arrived in Derry. Lovely waterfront location, friendly and welcoming staff and terrific food. Do yourself a favour if you’re in the area.
