Chase Holmes

Can honestly say it was the biggest mistake of my life going through Chase Holmes. I am.renting a property through them, they are the agent for a landlord and I honestly feel in this instance cutting the middle man is the best option. They have the most unreliable and unprofessional staff, and emergencies like leaks through a dining room from an upstairs toilet, an external over flow leak which has been there since before we moved in, therefore the external and internal walls damaged with water damage, electrical faults - switch on a light in the dining room and the utility light switches on. All the while they tell you, they will see what they can do, no urgency or sense of compassion. I am not 15 hours without electricity. A fridge freezer full of food, most of which will have thawed and be inedible, because they have no weekend or emergency line. Disgusting service and abysmal manners!! I find it awful that landlords trust them with their homes and pay them a fee for doing absolutely nothing!!

Disgusting staff and service cannot believe landlords trust this fraud company with there homes. The staff don't seem to know what they are doing most of the time and always say they will call you back which never happens. Also I got asked if I could move out my property a week early and I would get 1 weeks rent back which they have now said I can't have it. In the process of getting a soliciter. Disgusting do not rent with this sham of a company

I cant even give this company 1 star but had to, to be able to post a review. Customer relations are an absolute disgrace. Staff who are currently ' Trainee Lettings Negotiator' on their website have no people skills. This can only be construed as a failure of the training staff receive. I would NOT recommend this company to landlords or tenants unless you expect to be disappointed and treat with little respect and no courtesy.

As a tenant, Chase Holmes always offer exceptional customer service! Polite, professional and quick to answer any queries I have.

The worst letting agents I have ever come across! The staff do absolutely nothing to help with your application, had a lot of problems with these to the point where I wanted to give up on my dream home, always say they will call you back the same day with an update and they don't you will be lucky if you get a call back in the same week, we have basically had to do all the work ourselves, staff are very unprofessional and in my opinion I think they need to be put through their basic training on customer service

I recently enquired and viewed a property. The service I received was exceptional. The staff at Chase Holmes could not do more to help if they tried.
