Came to fix my necklace clasp that broke, and they were able to find a suitable almost identical looking replacement clasp with a good price, and fix it in the shop in a few minutes

I have bought alot of jewellery from here and tried to resale back to them in an emergency and these guys were like totally different in price manners and giving me a huge difference in price, same thing I tried next door they given best price and infact the gold was from sanam jewellers and the other jewellery shop is offering good price this is really a big disappointment what they have done. I personally had a bad experience I won't recommend someone here now. Even there prices are totally different from market.

I went to Sanam Jewellers about 3 weeks ago to have my daughter's ears pierced. My daughter was only 3 months at the time and I was looking for a safe & friendly place for this to be done. Kaushal was very hygienic; done the markings and checked that I was happy with this. Asma and Priya done a great job with keeping my lil' girl distracted and were very friendly. Kaushal also advised on after care which was helpful. The piercing is healing very nicely. I would definitely recommend Sanam Jewellers for baby ear piercing.

I walked in to buy a bracelet for myself, the staff was very nice and helpful also having patience for us to tell them our decisions. They had one of the best and exclusive items that I have never seen in any other shops. The bracelet was at a very reasonable price that I ended up buying a chain along with the bracelet. I would really hope for anyone that wants to buy or sell gold, they should take a look at what these generous people have to offer you.

Unprofessional staff. I went there to exchange a small pendant which I bought a day before from Sanam jewellers. The shop staff told we don't generally exchange. After requesting she agreed but she was in a hurry and asking me hurry up and she was not interested in showing pendant options. It was a very bad experience of shopping.
