It is a great place, really nice vibe with lots of seating arrangements. It has a small children's play area as well inside. The place is nice if you want to sit and chill with your friends and family. They have a lot of food items to choose from as well.We had a sweet little date night over there. We ordered some starters like mushroom fry, chicken strips and tomato soup with toast. The chicken strips were too good but the tomato soup was not that great. And another disappointment was the quantity. The quantity is very less as compared to many other places.

Thank you so much to all the Primrose Farm staff. They were so accommodating to me for my team. When our meeting was cancelled at shirt notice, the staff all rallied round to pack up the breakfast so I could take them away!! Absolutely amazing customer service. Thanks you!!We will definitely be coming back for a tram breakfast.Special shout out to Lorraine, Kat, Sharon and Chef Dan.Thanks for everything!!

Good food and atmosphere. Childrens play area in sitting area to one side which is great for if your dinning with kids but is plenty of seating away from play area. Cavery lovely and the gravy was not lumpy which I was very impressed with, mash had an extra something which was an acquired taste. Polite staff.

When you get greeted by a lovely member of staff called Chloe, place was clean and tidy. Food was lovely, she followed up with asking how we were, the food and could she get us anything else. A credit to your company and she will go very far with her customer service attitude.

We booked to see Santa for breakfast, we booked in the pub a couple of weeks ago, we were asked what time, so we booked the first sitting 0800hrs. We got there on time, to be told that it only started at 0900hrs by a very ignorant member of staff, we were told we could have some breakfast, so with four young children, we went for food, there was no fried eggs or toast, we asked for toast, and a helpful member of staff went of and came back with warm bread( there was no colour to the bread) just warm. Santa came, and he and his helper were fantastic. If the event only started at 0900hrs, we should of been told when booking, and as for the very unhelpful member of staff with an attitude, thanks for spoiling what should of been a special breakfast with the family. Will not be booking again, we should of stayed at the Venture.Just had a phone call from a nice member of staff, thanks, for the apology much appreciated.

Breakfast with Santa this morning was fab. I hadn't seen anything about it online but we happened to turn up for breakfast this morning, managed to squeeze us in as a walk in. We go every few months with my twins as it's handy to have the free play area for them and we are more likely to be able to eat in peace! The food is always good quality for the price. This morning we've paid £8.99 each for unlimited breakfast, hot drinks, juice and a visit to Santa which included a present. Was a little bit cramped with it being quite busy

Went for breakfast. Poor service, not enough staff and waited ages for anything ordered via the app. Veggie option limited and waited half an hour for veggie sausages after asking three times. Hash browns were really nice. However, after we raised this with the manager she was very apologetic and offered us a complimentary cake which was greatly appreciated.

All staff were super friendly despite it being busy and very hot. Food menu was good and plenty of choice for seating etc. Food also very good for a lunch all day breakfast plenty of it etc good value for money. The carvery also very good here although can get a little busy at times so bear that in mind depending when you go. Popular with all ages, families etc
