I was given Heidi’s details from a good friend . Sadly in February 2022 I lost my sister very suddenly, but with a young family and bringing my young niece to live with us I threw myself into a very busy life. But Inevitably things started to creep in, my anxiety was so high and I stated having panic attacks. My sleep was all over the place too. I was very nervous at first to contact Heidi but she was so friendly and calming. For me it helped that Heidiand I live a long way a part because it meant we done my sessions over a video call, so I was in my own house relaxed . I really could feel my anxiety and stress coming down each time we had a session. Heidi also sent the coaching over each time so I could do my in my own time, I use it at night to calm my mind before going to sleep. Thank you Heidi for helping me start to feel more in control of my anxiety.

Recently moved into the area at what seems 1 million weeks pregnant and very uncomfortable. Very last minute arranged a massage with Heidi and she helped enormously with all the aches from sleeping on one side for months and being generally uncomfortable.She is very kind and would highly recommend.

I was delighted to discover Heidi Taylor Wellness in Verwood! I booked for a head massage and was so pleased that I've now been back several times for a sports massage as well. She uses just the right amount of pressure and loosens up tight muscles perfectly. I'm training for a marathon and she's become a scheduled part of my plan to keep me running injury free! I also know she does yoga sessions which is next on my list to explore!

I have been doing yoga nidra with Heidi for a few months now and it has been an amazingly helpful practice. I have been suffering from stress due to exams and so the yoga nidra sessions have taught me to regulate my stress and have all round been really useful. Heidi even sends the recordings from our sessions so that I can practice yoga nidra at home too, and before an event that I know is going to cause me any anxiety. Thank you so much Heidi, this has helped me so much, and I will be able to use yoga nidra to help me throughout my life.

A few weeks ago Heidi gave me the most amazing pregnancy massage! Since starting the third trimester I started to develop quite a bit of lower back pain and she identified these areas and worked her magic! I left feeling so relaxed and calm.
