My daughter first introduced me to Claire as she was teaching her in sessions after school and loved it.I joined Claire’s classes myself this September and I can honestly say I have never looked back. She has a huge amount of energy, knowledge and expertise and is always there with encouragement and support. She tailors her classes giving advice to everyone on varying levels of ability/strength and uses a variety of equipment. As a whole family we attend Mother & daughters classes, Monday evening with men & women and Friday after school drop off with lovely Ladies. I would certainly recommend a try, to see for yourself!
