Visited the cafe today. The two ladies were run off their feet, so short staffed. Someone complained about table clearing, cleaning. These ladies, one I think was Amanda were rushing about trying to serve and clear the area. Just wanted to say how lovely the staff are in there. Please think of the difficulties that arise when other work colleagues off. This kind of work is hard work . These ladies still carried on. Thank you for our lunch, with a smile.

Dunelm do decent products are reasonable prices. They also have a few high end and low end products.They also have cafe upstairs to sit in while your partner looses their mind over lamps or some other stuff.Top tip, upstairs they have a pile of internet returns which are reduced. Great to have a little rummage around in.

I chose Dunelm to purchase a goose feather and down duvet as considered tgat buying it from a store rather than online would ensure that i could check the quality. However, I found the display of duvets available very confusing - trying to work out which item information board went with which item. Then reading 'this can be found in aisle (?)' only to then have to hunt for the tiny aisle numbers on the front of shelves. Furthermore, when I did eventually find the item, it was high on a shelf in a box and rammed in so tight I couldn't even get hold of it to take a closer look! I could have sought help from a store member of staff but there were none to be found (save for till operatives and a security guard) and by this time I'd had enough.

Nice enough, good staff, never really have any drama there or issues with retuens and exchanges.Dropping a star due to them no longer doing blue light discount, apparently we are less important today then over the last couple of years which is a little ironic given that 1, COVID was business as usual for us despite some vocal attention seekers on twitter and 2, things are far worse now then before.Anyhow, that's not the stores fault so don't consider this a mark against this store specifically .

Nicely set out but Disappointed that there was no visible lift / or an escalator to the new floor upstairs, so struggled with curtains down the stairs .Similarly at the til, assistant ignored me when i was trying to put curtains in a shopping bag. ( had a painful shoulder)

Love Dunelm, but it's not as great these days.Missing prices, shelving chaos, and the place doesn't seem to be as well kept. My guess is short staffed, so they haven't got the time. But hopefully it will get better

I went on Tuesday with express mission of collecting a mop my wife wanted me to buy on the way home. I was unable to find the said mop and enlisted the help of Abdul. And I must say nothing was too much trouble for him, super helpful and he was really polite. Employees like him are hard to find!! Look after him Dunelm.Abdul, great service, thank you.The lady on the till was also very polite and friendly too. Sadly she no name tag on,

Abdul, who was on the tills today (11/08/23), was extremely helpful when I bought a wing chair. He found a pneumatic dolly to help get the item from the shop floor to my car amd helped me load it into the boot. Excellent customer service.

Been to Dunelm spent over £400 for carpets and had meal at bk. now I have received £100 unfair fine . Apparently it says maximum 3 hours. I did not see the any sign in or outside . Come on which geniun retail customer expects a parking fine at retail park …Another customer won’t be coming again. Soon all retail parks will be shut . You have less customers every year . Why try to lose them more ?Please Some one show me where is the parking sign once you park front of the dunelm ???
