Never anywhere to park or turn around. Best to leave your lorry half a mile away and walk. Lorry been in for MOT, first day out both newly fitted wiper blades fell off !!

I really didn't want to even give 1 star but zero stars was not an option. I will NEVER buy an Ivecco ever again due the poor service by Harris Trucks at Witham. Salesman was perfect but the after sales service was the worsed I've ever experienced. Words fail me.

Well, where do we start?Drivers waiting room with 4 chairs in an 8x4 space for a 4hour wait with no TV and noinformation given as to how long it was likely to take to fix a blocked ad blu system,no signage for toilet no vending machine ,can't bring your trailer in the yard,I'm not blaming the fitter one bit but I think a little more thought for drivers who still have a load to deliver wouldn't go amiss.

Not greatly impressed. They have had our vehicle for a long, long time and it is still not sorted. And there does not appear to be any desire to fix it any time soon
