An excellent Indian restaurant in Colchester. I visited with a party of 7 last night and they served a range of curries, starters etc which were all excellent. I had the garlic chicken methi which I thought was fantastic and sampled various others as well.In my view this is definitely up there with the best Indian restaurants in the area.

Very relaxed restaurant and very reasonably priced delicious Asian cuisine. Not the smartest place but well worth a visit with friendly staff and a great menu also offering Nepalese dishes. Close to the town centre so lots of parking nearby.

As always excellent meal with great service. Popped in (as it's my local) on the odd chance they had a table considering it's valentine's Day and they did. Highly recommended.

Organisation needs a lot of work. Being the only critic on the table was unfortunate for the waiting team as they couldn't get a thing right for me. Having said that my issues were met with apology and replacements were swift. The history and future of the place is timeless and I still reminisce from 20 years ago. The Nepalese influence is brilliant and does not take away from the Indian roots. Food very good service an off night

Curry India Restaurant serves really tasty Indian food. They have lots of different dishes to choose from, like curries and tandoori items. The place feels cozy, and the people who work there are friendly. If you like Indian food, you should definitely check it out!

Spent the first 18 years of my life going here with my family, the owners are some of the kindest people we knew, and the food was the best Indian in the area!
