I have both washing machine and dehumidifier. Products i believe are very good but their customer service team need to read their title 'Customer' service. To cut a long story short, their delivery partner failed to deliver on several occasions. I eventually gave up cancelled and travelled to their HQ and purchased one direct. Their 'Customer' service team have failed to refund till the item is returned by their delivery partner who failed to deliver to me!!No time frame given, this is shambolic customer service in todays world and is a poor reflection on the company

Absolutely awful follow up service. Bought one of their expensive hot and cold washing machines to find it rarely spins properly. Have had it 5 months. Rang their support" very early on and was told they were aware

Ebac doesn't have 5* reviews because you just can't please all the people all the time, there's always someone who is never satisfied, no matter what you do for them!!Ebac deserves no less than 5 stars, delivery, customer service and their (8kg cold fill) washing machine which we bought last week, I can't believe how quiet it is on a 1600rpm spin cycle, build quality is excellent and the instructions (in proper English) are easy to follow.Nearly ALL washing machine bearings are IRRIPLACEABLE, because, when manufacturers make the drum it's sealed so you can't take it apart to replace them.Not with an Ebac washing machine..Most people get sucked into the marketing rubbish about how wonderful their products are, look, they don't want you to fix it, just buy a new one, that's good for your pocket and the planet, right, NOT??Next time you're thinking getting a new washing machine, try Ebac, I don't think you'll be disappointed.A washing machine washes clothes, they all do the same thing, so why not get one that's...MADE IN BRITAIN and comes with a 7 YEAR WARRANTYHad this machine just over 2 Months, really pleased with it, good choice of programs, 1600 rpm spin works very well, easy clean filter at the bottom with a little drain pipe which allows you to drain the water before taking out the filter, so less mess on the floor, the filter itself unscrews easily, thanks again

Absolutely shocking customer service, I rang for sales and they knew nothing about their own dehumidifiers other than what’s on the website, spent ten minutes just to get the woman to listen to the question I was actually asking. It’s completely put me off buying from this company, which is a shame as I was intending on buying British made. Furthermore, the number they give on their website for customer services doesn’t connect (I had to dig to find a connectable number), which makes me wary that they will be very difficult to deal with regarding any warranty or other issues. Not what you’d expect for the heavily priced units they sell. Clearly a marketing first kind of company rather than one that focuses on effective technology.

Decided to buy British, to help the economy, the British workers and British Company's. Big Mistake...... Huge Mistake......£750 washing machine bought January 2022Oct. 9 months old - Not draining - New water pump fitted.Nov. 10 months old - Leaking - New internal hose fitted.3 Oct 2023 21 months old - Reported knocking noises.5 Oct. - 22 months old - apparently fixed.1st Nov - reported knocking again - needs parts.2nd Nov - new suspension arms fitted.3rd Nov - still knocking noises.I have asked for someone to contact me to resolve this situation.Still waiting.I would not recommend their best 10kg 1600 spin machine.I would not recommend the ebac company.Now I have made a review - hopefully someone will contact me.UPDATE -Company have contacted me. Very apologetic. Agreed to collect the machine and a full refund. Very amicable. Therefore I would recommend this company for resolving the problems. Raised the star rating from 1 star to 3. Problems and faults happen - it’s how they deal with them.UPDATE -14th Nov - machine collected.28th Nov - two weeks have passed - never heard a word from ebac about my full refund. Disgraceful. 3 stars back to 1.

Horrendous experience. Bought the 2650e nearly two years ago. Keeps breaking down and doesn't extract properly. Shocking customer service., so stressful. Take 10 days to respond to emails. Ages to pick up the phone.If the machine breaks down you will have to use a days holiday as you cannot just send it back. Worst experience. Just got my repaired dehumidifier back and surprise surprise it doesn't work!!!!!!!

my friend was an electrician employed by them. the owner mr Elliot put so much pressure on Peter mc Dermot making him sign safety certificates on hand tools without checking them properly. he had a nervous breakdown. the company were reconditioning air compressors for British rail. not reconditioned but steam cleaned painted

Purchased my Ebac Dehumidifier on Friday 1st December 2023 as was informed that they are an extremely cost effective way of drying your clothes, have to honestly say that I was sceptical that it was going to actually work as always thought clothes required heat to dry them how wrong was I had jeans to jumpers to dry and within 16hrs they were all dry and at a massive fraction of the cost of putting my dryer on or the heating. So my radiators are now free to actually warm the house and not have to dry clothes. One very happy customer thank you Ebac.

Placed an order online. They were happy to take my money immediately, then message several working days later to say they have no stock. You need to sort out your online ordering system so that people can't order what you don't have. I have now wasted several days when I could have purchased elsewhere. Can't comment on the products, but their processes just aren't good enough.

Product OK . Customer service terrible . De-humidifier ordered with 24hr delivery paid for . 3 days later product arrived . Chased via email , reply eventually received after delivery had been made advising First time this has happened " ! Don't believe that as many reviews advise long delivery. Then i realised EBAC had never emailed or sent with product any Invoice/ receipt so i sent an email asking for one . 3 days later Invoice emailed to me with incorrect invoice details(Invoiced to themselves not me) . I immediately emailed back and have chased 3 times in-between now and 16 days later still waiting for a reply. They are not replying to any emails sent . Tried calling twice ....on hold 30 minutes . This company pride themselves on being a British Company and warn about using Chinese products .I bought in to Ebac for that reason . Regretting that now as customer service is terrible . Shame ."
