Poor our Internet has been hit a mess for two weeks now. Phoned them yesterday. Been Thursday with the weekend approaching. Nobody got back to us phoned them again today Friday fobbed off again no Internet for the weekend which means no alarm system. No CCTV no TV well done fantastic customer customer service. Recently moved to a new house and quickline was the best service available for both price and speed.It did take a while to get them in the house to install which was annoying but the team were very good at communicating from sales to installation. Speeds have been good for the last 3 months and no complaints continuing.Connor was very helpful at the installation and kept me updated with what he was doing, which ended up being more aesthetic at the front of the house with the wires etc.

Paul came to fix our internet as it had gone down. It turned out it was just a plug in the wrong connection, our fault. Whilst the engineer was here he checked our download and upload speeds and improved them for us by adjusting the dish on the room. Very helpful and went over and above

Just had our installation completed today.Earlier than estimated date which was great.From telephone call to arrange,to the three other pieces of work completed,an excellent job by Quickline! Great job today by Kiel Hammill,nothing was too much trouble.Hubby&i give it 5 stars!

We have been using Quickline since 2013 and we have been very satisfied with the service we have received. We did notice, however, that during lockdown when my daughter and son-in-law were working from home, the system struggled a bit. Recently we have had trouble with the router, which is now 10 years old. I rang on Monday morning and explained the situation to the technical department. I was contacted on Monday afternoon by customer services. The technician came this afternoon and changed the router and everything is back to normal again. I would like to thank everyone at Quickline who sorted our problem out so quickly and efficiently, from the technical department, customer services and the technician, Paul. I would be happy to recommend you to anyone.

Happy to update this review if the issues are resolved. I first contacted Quickline 3 months ago and they arranged an installation date. There were issues installing the dish as they couldn't work around the Ariel and asked if this could be removed. After clambering around on the roof the Ariel was disconnected.A new date two weeks ago was set. On the day no one turned up when I contacted them they told me that there was a problem with a local mast and they had forgotten to let me know that the appointment was cancelled. I have now contacted Quickline three further times and each occasion they have told me they will get back in touch. As yet nothing.

Constant outages making it impossible to feasibly run a business from home. In 2 weeks we had had over 7 days of no internet connection.Technical support can only tell you to restart the router, no other option offered. Communication of progress on the issue non existent - constantly just told that a ticket has been raised.Finally told an engineer will come out Monday, 7 days after the internet went down.Terrible service, avoid at all costs if you’d like reliable internet.
