Highly recommended on price and superb good old-fashioned personal and professional service. I sat waiting for my tyres to be changed and saw all staff busy, professional but taking the time to deal with each customer in such a professional way. Sad to say, but the service here just isn't the norm anymore, so it stands out a mile. I am very happy to recommend them. Well done chaps and thank you!

Had the wonderful experience this morning of heading down to my car to discover that one of the tyres had gone completely flat and had a huge hole missing out of it!Fortunately after a quick phone call with these guys they were able to identify they had a replacement in stock so I headed down there.Spoke with Matt who was really nice and very knowledgeable - we had an honest and open conversation about all 4 of the tyres and I decided (without being coerced into anything) to replace all 4 - was very very reasonably priced and all complete in less than an hour and without a booking!Not sure if that is normal as they did seem very busy but just goes to show quality customer service.For me I think I've just found my new garage!

Yippee I have found a new garage 5 mins from me, so helpful, friendly and efficient. After many years of going to VW, was disappointed with new owners, but am so pleased I was recommended to Billingshurst Tyre Company. Thank you guys

Freindly staff, quick to change my tyre. Prices are more or less what you would expect to pay for a medium quality tyre for a small van . Easy to get to with parking located on site. I would use again if i happen to be in the area.

Great service from Henry. He repaired a tyre for us but had a pre ordered replacement on hand just in case.

Just called in to Guildford Tyres in Billingshurst . What a superb service! The centre is super clean, and smacks of real efficiency on every level. Recommended an alternative tyre as mine not in stock (mid price!) and installed immediately. Really great guys and such a good service.

Had a really pleasant experience here today . Fitted me in for the time that I was asking for . The guy was extreamly polite and helpful , also educated me on the issue I came in for. He was working alone and rushed off his feet but was still extremely polite patient and efficient. Will deffo be usuing this place again.

I've used these guys twice recently. Quick,efficient and very reasonable.Only down side they don't provide a chocolate refrigeration service on a hot day. Pmsl.Seriously though great service.

Made a 3pm appointment, turned up 5 mins before, no one around in reception and had to wait for a few minutes to be seen. Told it would be 45mins before my car could be looked at and could I leave it with them. Having not prior arranged this I couldn’t. No point in issuing timed slots and taking customers tel number if slots aren’t free. Was quoted twice what alignment should be as have booked elsewhere for half the price.
