Had such a lovely experience whilst looking for a prom dress for my daughter, it was only our fault that we left it too late as most dresses were sold out...but the lady was so nice not pushy she was just lovely and deserves to do well!!!

Absolutely brilliant! I had an appointment today with Natalie and she was absolutely brilliant. I couldn't have wished for a better experience. She was so attentive and caring and listened to my needs and how I felt. My family and I had the best experience ever. She made me feel so special and was so caring. Within 2 hours I had found my dream dress. I cant wait for my next fitting to wear it again! Thank you so much!!

Went to try on my brand new wedding dress that had just arrived. When left alone i was gutted to find it was filthy inside and underneath the train was also filthy as if it had been worn a good few times by someone else. I had paid over £1300 for a brand new wedding dress and waited 6 months for it to arrive in the shop but got a filthy one that had to be dry cleaned. I was not left with enough time to to order another as it would take another 6 months to order in my size so i was stuck with this one. The shop denied anything had happend to the dress although clearly my dress was not brand new. I got no refund either as i had no choice but to keep the dress or have no dress at all.

Natalie was lovely with my daughter and she found the perfect dress she was really helpful and made us feel very welcome x
