Easily the best recruitment service I've dealt with over many years. Often it feels like agencies are trying to get you straight into a job without total consideration of your circumstance so they can get their fees, but that is not the case with SER. Having dealt with Ben, it was a fantastic experience to make sure the jobs offered to me were going to be the right fit.Cannot recommend SER highly enough.

Never heard of SER before till they rang me to talk about a job prospect. Tom was the one who was on the phone to myself and right from the start he was welcoming, friendly and just a positive vibe. He explained the job in detail with and went away and gave my cv. Thought nothing would have come from it but Tom rang me back and said they would be interested. Made sure I was prepared for the interview and what to expect helped me with information and just over all confidence. Anytime I had a question or need help I could ring Tom and he was so quick to respond. Amazing asset to the SER team and would highly recommend anyone who is looking a job to give Tom a call. Man deserves a raise!
