They are rude and unprofessional telling my partner that he is stupid and to young to be having children at age 21 and asking if he is going to be staying with the mother off his second child when she knows the situation with the first baby mum. Very rude it was a older lady

Not helpful at all as they are not seeing people or letting anyone in. Was told to phone their helpline. What a joke and a waste of time. Was in the queue for 80min and gave up in the end. Should be ashamed of themselves

Made up of volunteers who don't do much for you besides getting up information on their website that you can easily access from home on a phone or laptop (and probably already have accessed.) Waited quite a few hours to seek advice over anti-social neighbours about a year ago but came away the same as before, no better for it and with issues still remaining.

Absolutely useless, went to see them to get help with some debts, and was told to pay some debts and wait until others take me to court.Then spoke to their specialist debt advisor, who I was assured by the person in charge would provide lots of help, have not even heard from him since I spent three hours discussing things, and then told to go and sort things myself.

very helpful staff, best to park in the sainsbury's multi storey only 5min walk from there as no on street parking outside.
