Travis Perkins

I've used most of the Travis Perkins branches in Birmingham and this branch is by far the best of them. It's a large branch with a lot of stock, a good timber yard, and great knowledgeable helpful staff.

UNBELIEVABLE. I have building company and travis perkins regular customer unorganised branch of travis perkins. Today at 9.52am i called this branch and asked for shingles and lady answered and I asked for black or grey colour and she said they got grey shingles in stock and I came down from Wolverhampton and guess what when I arrived she denied that she spoke to me and she was only lady in this branch at time. So be careful if you call them and ask for something you might waste your time and job to trust what this staff saying. Very disappointed in travis perkins

Hahaha what a joke.tried to buy fencing but no joy.we only stock this size here and that size at Walsall and they won't deliver that far !!!! Fine,ill take my custom elsewhere then.no customer service at all

service leaves allot to be desired have to wait ages to get served while staff are busy filling shelves, timber is at a good price though especially the cls

Returned an item, guy at the counter (slick hair) was having difficulty - he said it's been done but no print out to confirm refund saying printer was faulty- which it wasn't because I saw someone use it 5 mins previous. He then called manager who sorted it and gave me print out confirming refund. Manager's tone was inquisitive - they really don't like doing returns. Go to Screwfix, Toolstation or Tippers, all of which are across the road- much much better service.

Best travis in brum.Have always used this place and will continue to.Never too much trouble to find non listed items.Competitive in price and will always help you out if needs be.Cheers Dave and the crew

I work all over the country using Travis Perkins a lot and I place all my delivery orders through Tysley TP via email. As I use a lot of the same materials on most jobs this is arranged very quickly and I always get a prompt response to let me know what’s going on with my order and when it will be out. The service provided is excellent.

Been using this branch for a few years now staff are always helpful and go the extra mile to get non stocked items as quick and reasonably priced as possible. Will continue using this builders merchants best one in the area.
