Great masjid.. is an alive masjid not dead...what I mean is they communicate with people and khutbah in English as well Bengali despite alot of people from Bangladesh.Most masjids ignore this ...and we then wonder why our generations are lost???.. All other masjid especially Asian ones should learn this Sunnah and Quranic instructions.Kutbah is a trust- AMANAH to teach people in the language of this country speaking - new generation of muslims!!!I would recommend using less bright lights as unnatural light is not good for the soul, especially fajr you don't expect at all to get a guantanamo-style torture of flood lights over you when praying, it's too bright.
