The Breast screening staff Kate, without a doubt was very professional in every way, The receptionist also met with my expectations,However the staff member whose job it was to direct and inform was neither professional or helpful. I believe the lady was in her late 50s or possibly older and name badge said ‘Frances’Unfortunately I wasn’t able to complain directly to a manager, about her, as I was told there wasn’t a manager there today. It was unfortunate as all other staff were lovely. This person just let the whole team down☹️. Think this person would be best placed somewhere else and have someone who enjoyed meeting , greeting and being helpful as appose to obstructive and very rude, as she was

Forgot for sure the name of my nurse for my mammogram today. Mary I think, but she was so lovely and explained everything and put me right at ease. Lovely staff.

Suzanne, my radiographer, was absolutely amazing, realised I was very anxious immediately and went out of her way to put me at my ease. However the receptionist and nurse/hca on door (no idea as she never said) were abysmal. Their attitudes and manner are a disgrace and I honestly wanted to leave.

I had never been to the screening in Belfast, but it was easily found with good signage, was met by Martine on reception, very friendly and she took me through, didn't wait at all was taken straight through to radiographer Laura, also very friendly, only took 5 mins, a very easy experience throughout, thank you both for a easy appointment.

Fast and friendly service. Glad of its availability for our health and piece of mind.Many thanks to all involved seen and unseen.

Shame about the woman at the door, once she lets you in she was unfriendly. She commands you to step on a spot to speak with the receptionist then the door woman informs you to step back to the front door where she then asks questions regarding covid. I felt uncomfortable and like a school child.
