Miller & Carter Washford Mill
Greeted by a lovely lady who was so friendly and made us feel welcome and asked which of us was celebrating the birthday.She even complimented me on my shoes and bag so sweet ☺️We did think the decor was a bit shabby and the music choice in my opinion, a bit naff.. some nice chilled music instead of pop would’ve been more appropriate. Also I thought miller and carter had a dress code ? There was a woman sat by us in a big grey tracksuit top? It would have been 5/5 for service but our server seemed a bit ‘off’ not friendly at all (felt like he didn’t want to be there)and took too long to return to take drinks and food order,2 lovely young girls brought our food and they were very polite.We were sat in far corner by a window and it was freezing ! I could feel a big draft and closing the curtain made no difference at all had to cover my legs with my coat, not ideal as it kept slipping off.The steaks were delicious and no complaints there, really good.When we came to pay we asked which button to press as we didn’t want to leave a tip on the debit card( as would rather have given cash to the young girls) the server, ( can’t remember his name ) indicated what to press, took payment and without a word just walked off, not polite and not good. .. it didn’t spoil our meal but his manner and the freezing table is enough to say we won’t repeat the visit as it spoilt the whole birthday experience.Sorry, it just didn’t have the Miller and Carter ‘ feel’ just like eating in a bog standard pub.

We had a great time tonight. The service was outstanding and timely. The staff are friendly and helpful.I had sticky chipotle chicken as my starter it was flavourful and extremely tender. For my main I had the rack of lamb. It was cooked perfectly. And for dessert the sticky toffee pudding was amazing, it was warm and was a good portion size.To improve my meal to make it five stars i would like to see a larger portion size of potatoes with my lamb as I feel it was a little small. Furthermore although the lamb was cooked perfectly I feel like it needed slightly more flavour maybe some seasoning before cooking to elevate the flavour a little as it seemed bland compared to the rest of the plate where it needed to be the main event.

We had a wonderful experience at Miller and Carter Washford Mill, our server Amy was brilliant! She was so lovely and made sure that everything was perfect with our meals. She even bought us a slate with some biscuits and 'Happy Anniversary' written on. Thank you so much Amy for a wonderful evening!

Fabulous service from the lovely Sarah, despite her being rushed off her feet. Lovely to see Craig who was bubbly and friendly as always. Great food and a great atmosphere. We will return.

We went today to the Washford Mill, to celebrate our 45 wedding anniversary and were greeted by Jane, and we were looked after extremely well,and the food was excellent and as a surprise Jane made a lovely plate decorated with the 45 years anniversary and had a lovely biscuit and strawberry.Jane is an excellent member of your staff 5*

Miller & Carter Washford Mill
After a hard day's roading the engine from Welland rally we ran out of daylight outside M&C Washford Redditch, we managed to book a table, and had a lovely meal with great service. At the end of the night we where allowed to park our road train on the carpark safely off the main road, after a good sleep we carried on our way. Thank you M&C we hope to visit you again on our travels.
