well what can i say if you are considering going on holiday and people say just book it yourself its better WELL .... its not we recently called into the branch and booked a long haul holiday to cancun with our family and i have to say our travel agent Kelly was simply amazing friendly, great knowledge and great customer service and after care if going on holiday this is the lady to book with thanks once again Kelly for all your help :)

As Travel Agents go I can’t recommend highly enough the staff in TUI Ballymena. They put that much effort into insuring that you, the customer, has all available information in relation your chosen holiday destination, you would nearly think it’s their own personal holiday booking. Nothing is too much bother and even what is a silly question to you can be very easily answered. Had an issue with a cancelled flight and hours before receiving the email from TUI I had Ann Louise phoning advising me in person and discussing options. When I had liaised with travelling friends, the following morning Diane took the reins and a simple airport change and the holiday was back on track with a saving of over £400. Don’t take my word for it, call in and explore your options, you won’t regret it

Have booked with the Tui store and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Its situated in the tower center which has loads of parking and good shopping. Will be back

We went to ballymena tui store in hope to book our wedding. All the girls were great but we spoke with Stacey and she couldn't have done more for us. Discussed all our options with us and gave us all the information we needed in locations that were suitable for our needs. We left very happy and would highly recommend this store.

Fantastic Travel agents . We went in to book our honeymoon and Stacey was just fantastic. She send us several options and she gave us all the time we needed to decide without any pressure until we found our perfect honeymoon.Definitely one of the best travel agents about.
