I recently dealt with Hilda at Martin and Co for a property I was looking to buy. Unfortunately I didn't buy the property in the end due to other offers but I just wanted to leave a review to say how good the whole service was. I was always kept in the loop with what was going on and I never once had to ring for an update. Hilda was professional, polite and knowledgeable from start to finish. Out of all of the estate agents I have dealt with so far with viewing and making offers for properties, Hilda has by far been the best. I highly recommend her and Martin & Co in Hucknall!

The service from the Hucknall team for the sale of the property was excellent. Their marketing and accompanied viewings enabled the property to be sold very quickly within a week. They are the cheapest estate agent in Hucknall to sell your property with, but were by far the most professional and knowledgeable. We had dealings with other agents in Hucknall who we found to be very patronizing unresponsive so Martin's were a breath of fresh air. Ian was with us every step of the way from the valuation through to sale negotiations, then he found us our new property before it went to market and followed through on all the sales progression personally. The process would have been infinitely more stressful without him as it was a huge chain with many complications, but he was never too busy to offer advice and support. I'm not exaggerating when I say that this was the best money we spent in the entire process of moving house. Thank you so much, we will be forever grateful to you for our forever home!

This letting agency allowed me to live in a house with fire safety issues for four years. The house wasn't even cleaned when I rented it and had mold throughout I did the house up and cleaned it top to bottom when I left also fitted new carpet bath tap and got rid of all the mold and re sealed the entire house. Its now been over two months since my tenancy ended and they are not answering calls or emails about my deposit and are basically robbing me without even an explanation I would highly advise everyone to stay clear.

Rowan found me a buyer for my property the day it went live on the internet, 3 days later my house was sold.
