Highly recommended and excellent personalised customer service from a family run business. I needed a new bedroom light and they had a large selection to choose from. Really good value too and I’m delighted with my purchase. This was my first visit to the store and it won’t be the last.

I popped in to batley lighting centre to purchase a ceiling plate for a light I bought recently that was too small.The manager was so accommodating , extremely knowledgeable, customer focused, friendly and helpful. Thank you for going above and beyond in finding the product I was struggling to find. I loved your wide range of lights prices amazing too. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone thanks again two very satisfied customers Eddie and Tina.

I drove 45 minutes to this store today and have never met such a helpful lady. I had bought a lamp but couldn’t get a shade because of the fitting. The store owner couldn’t have been more helpful. If you need advice, practical help, quality fittings or any type of bulb then visit this store. It is totally worth a drive. If it’s not in stock, they will do their very best to get it in! Just visited this shop, was looking to buy a large chandelier, not much in stock to see. Also we were ignored by the staff. It’s a shame really because we were looking to spend a bit of money. Not very good customer service as we weren’t even acknowledged when we walked in.

Excellent service with a smile always happy to help. You would never get this friendly service at a department store. Very professional and makes the customer feel valued.Very reasonably priced. Something their for everyone. Look forward to my next visit.
