SDS Launderette

My first time using any launderette so I had no clue what I was doing and forgot to bring powder. The kind kind lady who works on the service washes helped me. I didn't have enough cash and she paid and let me pay her when I come back. Will definitely be back here.

Terrible management. Ive come at different days at different times and theyre rarely open. The owner is rude and unrealiable with this service he provide go anywhere but here. If i could give a lower rating i would but this is the lowest i can give. Absolutely terrible.

Don't say you're open when you're about to close! Change the sign on the door. The closing time is 3 pm. I arrived at 1:13 pm.Our washing machine at home is broken. I wouldn't come back to this place unless it's necessary but it's the closest one to where I live. Horrible experience!!!

Very mood lady. Opens and shuts the shop at their own convenient time. Very rude most of the time. We don't have a choice but that's the only one in the area. Please be human and polite. It doesn't cost anything.

Don’t go there to waste your timeNo drying available if you are only going for drying

Never listen to an entitled Karen threatening to contact Business Standards. This place is great - fair prices, clean facilities, nice employees (and owner), fair prices. Great option if you live nearby. I have no reason to ever do laundry anywhere else for any reason, period. This is a 5-star place.

A racist, inhuman and insane person to own this business and the worst staff I have ever seen in my life. Today went to dry my clothes, she was so rude and told me come back after 20 mins. I replied no problem. So I waited 1 hour and went in the shop and asked can I use the pay and use dryer now. She said no. Our next washing is finishing in 30 mins and then we will use the dryer so you go some where else. I was surprised to see the behaviour . In that time a man like a Al session or bull dog come out side from the back. I thought May be je got some Anna’s who would ask what’s going on BUT a cheap mentality and cheap personality he was like a bull dog and he threw my clothes out of the dryer on the floor.They were threatening me that they will call the police. For what? They were harassing me and want to call the police. I said ok. I was very cool and calm and tolerated their behaviour. It’s been reported to the hounslow council and police. They will have to pay the price of humiliation of general public.

Very bad . Last week I was gone in that launderette and that owner said me that they are not drying clothes, but they are drying and she told me to go
