I had an urgent issue where I was locked out of my computer and needed to get back online again. I called Shujee and he offered to collect my computer, so that he could get my access back. While he was at my house he explained security weaknesses that hackers look for. He checked my WiFi set up and helped me to make that more secure.He then told me exactly what he was going to check and replace on my computer to make it secure again. He installed Windows 10Pro for better access with Microsoft Office access. He kept me updated over the next few hours and within 6 hours he was delivering my computer back to me. He made sure it would link to my new WiFi set up, checked I could access all the apps I needed, gave me lots of hints and tips on computer safety.He was very efficient, helpful and reassuring of my issue. His actions meant I was able to use my computer again within a short time of it being compromised.I would certainly recommend Shujee to others who have computer issues.

The recent Windows 10 messed up my computer system and i was stressing last night and searching for help when came across this page. The amazing reviews made me think he was too good to be true but low and behold he lived up to them. I was able to drop off my laptop at 11pm and it was returned to me fixed and perfect 8am the next morning. Thank you so much , you were flexible, responsive and professional.Now I'm off to rant at Microsoft.

I never leave reviews but on this occasion it was a must! My previous `Macbook had completely stopped working due to liquid damage - Mobile PC was able to transfer the data over onto my new laptop. I had a work deadline to meet and he worked tirelessly to ensure that I had access to the files that I needed to meet my deadline on time. I was not able to pick the laptop up once the transfer was complete and he kindly went out of his way to drop it off. This was more than a 5 star service - I would recommend him to any and everybody!

Incredible service.Shuj went above and beyond getting my laptop working again for my meetings that week.I’d travelled down from Liverpool and would’ve been in trouble without it.New hard drive installation and a complete back up and a download.Did it for me over night while I took my client out for some dinner.You wouldn’t get that kind of service anywhere else. He’s one of a kind.He’d be my go to guy for any IT needs.

After a couple of months away, we returned home to find our home PC (which was over 10 years old) had stopped working. Having called Mobile PC Doctor, I was able to drop off tower and monitor and within a short period of time, Shujaat was able to diagnose the issues. I thought I had lost all data (documents, photos, music and videos) but these were retrieved. It now feels as if I have a brand new, faster and quiet home PC. This repair service is excellent and definitely the best in the area. On one occasion he was able to fix my PC issue over the phone. The issue had stopped me using my PC for 2 years as everyone else was charging a fortune, whereas this guy fixed that issue over the phone in 5 minutes without charge. On other occasions he is cheap, fast, professional and very friendly. I trust this guy 100% with the repairs and the charges as I know he won’t rip me off or overcharge like the other cowboys. I would advise to always use this guy.

Shujaat knows his stuff. He's quick, professional, reliable and competitively priced. Sorted our issues out in double quick time and used IT language that we understood! Top tips and great advice. Very very pleased with how quickly and efficiently my pc issues were dealt with, (same day /next day service) which even included delivering my pc back to me when it was done which I did not expect.
