LABODE Interior E-design

Bonny helped us visualise our first home when we got married. It was so amazingly helpful and I couldn't have pictured the options if not for her help! She's so kind, reliable and communicative and is exceptionally good at what she does!

We could not recommend Labode enough. This company has been so helpful for my husband and I throughout the build of our house, allowing us to envision what we’d like our house to look like as the finished product. Yvonne’s knowledge and skill meant she was able to pair perfectly the modern style with a traditional twist that we were after. If you’re reading this review and trying to decide if you should invest in Bonny, whether you could do it yourself etc I want to give you the feedback from our project. Not a new-build but a rework of 80% of the floor area of the 60s detached house being affected. Bringing it into the 21st century but most importantly optimising light and the feeling of space in the living areas. Connecting the garden to living areas and integrating a new extension into an open plan scheme.I would say that engaging Bonny early in the project allowed us to realize design benefits that our architect wasn’t interested in. The detail, yes but actually the devil really is in the detail!For instance;Removing a lintel to allow 3 crittall type screens all to have the same height. If Bonny hadn’t visualised the alternatives, we would have compromised the design for a few hundred pounds.Visualising the options of keeping partially, totally or removing an internal wall between kitchen and dining. Obviously, an architect could do this – but to do it in 3d with your furniture in situ gave us confidence.Floor tile layout in an open plan room had 4 options. We chose a design that we hadn’t even considered, fitting the room proportions as best as possible. And saving us 50% of her fee in materials alone.Starting early also allowed us to shop during sale period. To group purchases and beat our target by about twice her fee.Then the final of having advice and guidance when you’re at the point of decision making fatigue. Financially it was a fab investment – the return was amazing. Emotionally it was supportive producing a design that expresses who we are which I’m not sure we could have arrived at without help. The process is worth the investment – the outcome is beyond my expectations.

Bonny is the fourth designer I have worked with over three different houses and I think she's the best of them. Great attention to detail, very thorough, and reasonably priced. I have found other designers trying to push you into expensive choices as they take a commission, with Bonny she is much more fair and transparent. Really recommend.

It has been a really inspirational experience working with Bonnie and we have had many extra benefits other than making decisions about layout and choice of furniture and soft furnishings!We are in the middle of remodeling our home and decided that we needed help in putting together the interiors, bonnie has done this for us and much more.With her help we have hopefully avoided some major problems with things such as doors opening the wrong way, linking together the staircase with the internal fixtures and where we need light sockets and switches. I just thought we were going to pick colour schemes!She even picked up structural issues we were unaware of and solved them.She has been a delight to work with, and we can't wait to share the results of her hard work. We are now buying the items she has found for us.I really can't recommend her services enough, invaluable for us. Thank you

Working with Yvonne from LABODE was great. She helped me change my uninspiring one floor flat into one of my favourite places to be.Her consultations were brilliant because she really listened to what I wanted and gave great advice! I was on a tight budget and had a very specific vision in mind but Yvonne helped me pull it all together and I couldn't be happier with the results. She was so helpful and full of ideas that it was super quick and easy to find what I wanted. I've just got the dreaded spare room left to do and I'll definitely be going back to Yvonne at LABODE for this!

When we decided we wanted to renovate our apartments, we needed to decide whether we would hire an interior designer. We had some ideas of what we wanted and good skills in building and decoration but we weren’t really sure where to start. At first, we thought we could handle the searching and the decisions that go into designing. However, manifesting our vision quickly became overwhelming. But then we found Yvonne Phillips at ..! Yvonne gave life to our vision through her fantastic 3D designs and saved us from many mistakes. She was able to navigate all the decision making, the searching and the coordination. It was seriously such a burden lifted. If you’re on the fence about it, just do it. I promise that you’ll thank yourself later. She is truly the nicest person to work with and a natural talent at what she does. Look for yourself!!

We used Bonnie and her services to help us decide on our layout across our ground floor to really visualise the space and options before going ahead and knocking down walls. Yvonne did a fantastic job on our two apartments located in Zakynthos, Greece. We were looking for an interior designer and we came across Yvonne while searching on the web. After our first consultation we felt that she was the one! She listened to our ideas carefully and designed for us very good quality 3Ds, which helped us visualize our dream apartments. Yvonne was very affordable and worked very hard to finish the project in time. The distance Greece - UK didn't give us any trouble at all.
