Very good friendly service and good value ( one must always remember all the overheads these businesses incur i.e their labour rate is not their take home pay). Very good at communicating if they find unseen problems and the solutions to them.

This was the second tome of using this garage and the service has been excellent on both occasions. Very efficient and with very reasonable rates. Thoroughly recommend them.

My clutch went on my Nissan Juke, I had contacted garages with very expensive quotes. I then contacted this garage, and Ollie was beyond helpful, not only did I feel the quote was reasonable, they went above and beyond for me. Being a single female and not much knowledge with cars, they also did a health check on the car for me and emailed me the results, I did not ask for this and I didn’t pay for it either. It was good that they did as one of my tyres was below legal limit which they changed and was reassured that the car had been looked over and all was good apart from that. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone that needs their car looking at. They are professional, reliable, reasonably priced and will be using them again in the future. Thank you!

Unbelievably fantastic and amazing garage. This is rare these days that you have the confidence in a supplier/provider that they'll care about you and your things as much as you do. Mill road went above and beyond to help me. I'd had a terrible time with cars and the manufacturer said my car was a write off. This caused me no end of stress and worry. Mill Road gave me the confidence and more importantly hope that a fix was possible. They took less time than I thought and cost was reasonable to get me back on the road. Already recommended to others and will do going forward. Thank you so much!!

Amazing garage, so helpful & friendly, we were on holiday & our car needed looking at - they fitted us in and fixed the problem the same day. Explained everything that was wrong and really took the time to ensure our car was safe and that we felt at ease! Only wish we lived nearer so that we could use this garage all the time. Highly recommend.
