Our experience with Stacy Carr as the solicitor for the buyers of our house was nothing short of exasperating. Her unwarranted concerns raised to the lenders resulted in substantial delays, constant back-and-forth with our solicitor, and, ultimately, the withdrawal of the buyers.Despite a plethora of evidence provided by both our solicitor and the estates developers, Stacy remained persistently dissatisfied. The lack of updates, despite relentless chasing, only exacerbated an already frustrating situation.If you're seeking a solicitor who can effectively facilitate a home sale and avoid unnecessary complications, I strongly urge you to avoid Stacy at all costs. Our regrettable experience serves as a stark warning against entrusting such a crucial process to someone who falls short of delivering the necessary competence and efficiency.

Would not recommend.Used them for conveyancing found they were very slow, and only appeared to do things when pushed. i.e. They requested some information from me which I provided the same day, unfortunately I missed a single question. They didn't come back to me on this for almost 2 weeks, and only then because I chased them for further progress, only to be told... oh we're still waiting for this info.Repeatedly had to ask for updates, they have a progress portal" website which supposedly shows what tasks have been completed
