Ordered the veggie pastry meal. Was ok.Visited on Sunday, took an hour for food to be served.Advised my guests to not order the roast beef meal in case it turns out too stringy. Exactly what happened and their experience was spoiled.Would go back but probably avoid the beef.

Great welcome as you come in the door, visited a few weeks ago. This pub is a little gem well managed and the food is fab. Had the chimi churri steak which was delicious. Would definitely come again.

Beautiful venue but they whole services was really ready bad. We reserved a table for 8 people for Sunday Roast at 3pm they didn’t ask us to do a preorder because we where only 8 and they only do preorders if is a group of 10 or more. we got there at 2:40 seated and we started ordering drinks and starters.first mistake is 1 of our beer came with flies in it we where not happy but we had to let it slide .it get to the point to order the Sunday Roast and the waiter told us they did not have nothing left but only Roast Chicken and pork belly on they table we had people that don’t eat pork so we told the waiter to give us 8 Roast Chicken since that the only thing they have that we can eat.After 5 minutes the waiter comes back telling us they don’t have Roast Chicken anymore that is only 4 left so we ask for the manager and he came to the table just to argue with us by telling us we did not do a preorder so I asked him did you told us to do a preorder and we didn’t? And he go a head to tell us because you guys are only 8 so he didn’t need to ask us to do a preorder .having in mind that we weren’t walking in but a booked table we still have to pay the full price for the drinks and the starters and leave the place to go and have lunch at another place. The manager never for ones apologies to us.

Great pub, brilliant location. But very expensive fot what it is. We did really enjoy our food but the price will keep us away.

Great festive atmosphere with work colleagues. The manager made you feel so welcome and the rest of the staff followed suit. I would come back and recommend to anyone in the Manor House area.

Amazing service all round. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and good humour. The food was delicious (I had the steak) and drinks well priced. Would strongly recommend to anyone in the area. If you're not in the area, travel!

Nice location close to the park. We came on a friday night but the place had plenty of tables and seats. Ordering at the counter, menu is a bit pricey thought the pub itself it s pretty nice.The reason for the 3 stars is that my order came out wrong, and this caused me to eat with almost 30 min delay when all my friends had already finished their meals. Though the girl staff was really apologetic, I heard another lady complaining of her order being wrong, who received a free drink or dessert as an apology which wasn't offered to me, or a refund or nothing.

We came in for a Sunday roast and it was one of the best roasts I've ever tried! I had the pork belly option, which had a massive Yorkshire pudding, thick gravy and delicious veggies. The Passion fruit Martini was also to die for. The staff were amazing and very attentive and kind. 10/10 on the service.The pub's atmosphere was also great, with a very cosy decor and feel. Would definitely come again! Thanks team!

Beautiful venue, great service but the food is really not on par. Roast looks so beautiful but had absolutely no taste, gravy was liquid and bland, potatoes so dry you would choke. The cauliflower bake was so runny and had no flavour. At £20 per plate, you’d expect so much more.
