Tiles were a decent price but staff definitely trying to push lots of unnecessary products. Recommended an expensive and unsuitable product for the job I was doing causing extra work. I'd avoid this particular store.

Kev and the team were really helpful and friendly towards me. I had come from a different Topps tiles after being told something I'd asked for wasn't possible. But turns out it was thanks to the staff here actually listening to me being open minded

Brilliant shop! Robbie in there is a real gem! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Tile choice is extensive and the tile quality is top draw. Highly recommended!

Fabulous experience here today, accessible store. Incredibly lovely, friendly and helpful staff (especially Rob)!!! Also the only place we could find that sells individual tiles for a small project!! Reasonably priced too. Will be coming back for more soon (:

Amazing customer service from start to finish by Laura and Becca at the Ormskirk store. So happy with my gorgeous tiles, excellent quality and look fab in my shower. No quibbles when I returned my unopened tiles, they even helped me with the heavy boxes. Will be back when we do the kitchen. Thanks guys!
