Very poor customer service, not helpful at all. Called regarding a bill last week at my apartment in Liverpool and the lady I spoke to, Saffie, was very dismissive and kept sighing down the phone.

I have been corresponding with Seffia to organise the change of ownership since buying a property provide district heating. Seffia has been supportive and professional and I particularly appreciated the contact she kept with me to let me know she was still waiting to hear from solicitors etc. She replied quickly and with friendliness to all my emails, and I particularly appreciated the speedy response to my request for my name to be changed on my account. My mum passed away and had a credit balance in her heating account which was paid direct from her bank account. Vital Energi have returned the credit balance to Dunedin canmore without even have the decency to tell me. I don't understand why the money cannot go straight back into my mums account. I received an email telling me the ticket had been closed but without any reason as to why. I don't feel this is very good customer service. I had to phone to find out what had happened. Meanwhile 2 weeks later there is stillno sig of the refund. Vital Energi say its with Dunedin canmore and Dunedin canmore were unaware of this and need to check it out with Vital Energi.The whole thing is becoming a bit of a joke.
